March 1, 2013
The Branson 2013 winter has been mild and we creep closer to spring and a
start to a new season for Branson entertainment. Some shows have been open for
a while. The Grand Jubilee has been open since early January, The Hughes
Brother's "IT" opened a few weeks later and Pierce Arrow in February.
Some shows have been running, as well, at the Little Opry
Theater in the IMAX complex during the winter months.
March will be the opening
dates for many more shows with the remaining opening in April.
There is always a
lot to do in Branson and many activities are available year-round. Nature
doesn't close so, depending on your likes, the Ozarks offers outdoor activities
throughout the winter months.
There is still some rebuilding taking place as a result
of last year's tornado but most will be completed before the season is in full
swing.
Branson 2013 Activities
Silver Collar City's new Outdoor Run, the World's Most Daring Wood Coaster opens after much

The Promise Land Zoo opens a new "Foot Safari"

and personal interaction with many Baby Animals that will gradually be
transferred to the main Zoo in Eagle Rock, MO as the mature. This should be a
fun experience.
